How we handle your details.
Last updated 3 November 2026
Short version: we only collect what we need to reply to you and to run the systems you ask us to build. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we are
Devstinct is a design and automation studio based in Cairo, Egypt. For anything about your data, email [email protected].
What this website collects
- The audit form: your name, your type of business, what you're interested in, what takes your time (if you tell us) and the WhatsApp number or email you give us.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email.
- Visit counts: if we measure visits, we use a privacy-friendly tool that doesn't use cookies or identify you. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
The site remembers your choice of colour theme in your own browser. That never leaves your device.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare your free audit and, if we work together, run your project. We don't sell or share your details for marketing.
Where it goes
Your request passes through the tools we use to run the studio: our website host (Cloudflare), Web3Forms, which delivers the audit form to our inbox, email, WhatsApp and our own automation, which is built on n8n. Those providers handle it only to deliver it to us.
Data in the systems we build for you
When we build automations for your business, your customers' messages and details run through them. We only access that data to build, test and maintain your system, and we agree with you how it's handled before work starts. Where an automation uses AI, the text it needs to read is sent to the AI provider agreed with you (for example OpenAI or Anthropic) under that provider's business terms.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it: to reply to your request and, if we work together, for as long as we run your project. Ask us and we'll delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We aim to handle personal data in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020).
Changes
If how we handle data changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
